You Know You're Angry

A very natural human behaviour- this is the thing we start to justify when we (or somebody) get angry over something we don't like. We tend to get angry if something doesn't go the way we want it to be, we get angry when we receive unpleasant behaviour from our close ones, and like these, there are many other things that bring out our behaviour with resentment.
I don't see any treatment for us to get over the anger we just got build up within our minds. Instead, we can realise the time we begin to start disliking the particular moment and start building the anger, who/what is the reason for it being caused in me?
So, who/what is making me angry? Nobody! The answer is simple, and I know it too! Nobody! It's me, nobody has control over my thoughts, nerves, or heart. I'm purely responsible for my thoughts, and particularly, here, my anger. So when can I stop it to hit me, at the very point I feel it in me.

Trying to read myself if I am in that situation somewhere, and will not let it build up to hurt myself and feel the glory of being anger-less at moments! Kudos

A comeback post !


How did i just forget to write ? I have been living a very simple and smooth life lately, somewhat got busy working, and family things.
